Your order will be processed quickly and efficiently, and if we are unable to ship your order for any reason we will contact you directly to inform you of the situation and issue a full refund if required.
Please note that pictures are for illustration only, In line with our policy of continuous product development, we reserve the right to change products, specification and prices without notice.

It is your responsibility to check your delivery address is correct, if you find an error please contact us before despatch so we can rectify the mistake, in the event of a parcel being returned to us do to incorrect address details, you can pay a second delivery charge and we will resend it, if you don’t want it resending we will refund your order less original postage cost, if the parcel is returned due to our mistake we will resend for free.

If you want to add to an existing order please contact us, if you place multiply orders we will credit any excess postage back to your account for future use.
